Due to the utilisation of the Industrial Laser Mounting Plate, the processing head can be used on all LASAG lasers with direct beam delivery.

In this type of operation single, double or triple processing heads with integrated nozzles are used to scribe crack initiating notches into both opposite surfaces of connecting rods simultaneously or consecutively. 

The FBS Scanner has been designed for Precision Spot, Seam or SHADOW Welding and Ablating, where laser processing of fixed work pieces at high productivity is required.   

The LLBK 60 processing heads have been created for precision work, i.e. welding, cutting and drilling with excellent viewing quality.

The LLBK 45 processing heads have been created for standard 2D and 3D applications with fibre beam delivery e.g. welding, cutting, drilling an ablating with mean powers up to 1.2kW.

The LLBK 26 processing heads have been designed for precision welding applications within narrow and demanding industrial environments such as in press or stamping tools.

The LLBK 25 processing heads have been designed as flexible tools for microprocessing, e.g. precision welding, cutting, drilling and ablating by fiber beam delivery.
