The CBS Scanner has been designed for Precision Spot, Seam or SHADOW Welding and Ablating, where laser processing of fixed work pieces at high productivity is required.
In this type of operation single, double or triple processing heads with integrated nozzles are used to scribe crack initiating notches into both opposite surfaces of connecting rods simultaneously or consecutively.
Due to the utilisation of the Industrial Laser Mounting Plate, the processing head can be used on all LASAG lasers with direct beam delivery.
The RS-BAK processing head can be equipped with the optic and nozzle combination necessary for your particular application.
