Field of applications

The LLBK 25 processing heads have been designed as flexible tools for microprocessing, e.g. precision welding, cutting, drilling and ablating by fiber beam delivery.

Characteristics
Due to their small size and weighing the end-user gets benefits in using them for example

• in narrow production environments like presstools or
• as light tools when highly accelerated movements are required

• clamping Ø 25 mm
• Unique high precision fiber connectors without need for realignment
• Applicable for optical fibers with core diameters of 100, 200, 400 and 600µm
• Imaging ratio of the optical fiber diameter 1:1 or 1:0.5
• Integrated interlock for highest safety requirements
• Weighing less than 250 grams

Options

• CCD camera or eyepiece for visual positioning of the work piece
• Cutting nozzle for up to 18 bar of assist gas
• Welding nozzle for applying assist gas to the weld area
